Patterns is in final development and hasn't launched on the App Store yet, so most questions right now are about the waitlist, launch timing, or what to expect. Once the app is live, this page covers subscriptions, sync, and troubleshooting too. A real person reads every email.
Common questions
When does Patterns launch?
Patterns is in final development for iOS and iPadOS. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the moment it's live, and a shot at TestFlight access before the public release.
Where is my habit data stored?
On your device and in your own private iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. Nothing is stored on servers we operate. Syncing across your iPhone and iPad requires being signed into the same iCloud account on each device, with iCloud Drive/sync enabled in iOS Settings.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Patterns Pro → Cancel Subscription. Canceling during the 2-week free trial means you won't be charged. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple; we don't have access to your payment details and can't cancel it on your behalf.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app: Settings → Delete all my data. This permanently removes your habits and completions from your device and from your iCloud account. This action can't be undone.
I found a bug or have a feature idea
Email support@trypatterns.app with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected, and (if possible) a screenshot. We read every message ourselves.
Is there an Android or web version?
Not currently. Patterns is iOS and iPadOS only. If that changes, we'll email everyone on the waitlist.
